The articles published in the Ulul Albab journal incorporate current data sourced from both literary and field research, employing qualitative and quantitative methodologies across various domains, including social, religious, economic, cultural, political, and legal studies. The journal emphasizes Islamic legal approaches grounded in Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), Islamic Law Methodology (Ushul Fiqh), the Objectives of Islamic Law (Maqasid Sharia), comparative studies of Muslim schools of thought (comparative mazhab), Islamic Legal Philosophy, and other fiqh rules. This analytical framework draws upon theories from both classical and contemporary Islamic scholars.
