Thesis supervised by Prof. Dr. Heru Sulistyo, S.E., M.Si Digital transformation has become an urgent need in the development of Human Resources (HR) in various sectors, including village apparatus. This study aims to explore the utilization of Learning Management System (LMS) in improving the competency of Kutai Lama Village apparatus, Anggana District, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, East Kalimantan Province. Through the implementation of LMS, it is expected that the learning process can be carried out more effectively and efficiently, allowing village apparatus to access training materials independently and flexibly. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that the use of LMS not only improves the knowledge and skills of village apparatus, but also encourages collaboration and interaction between participants. In addition, challenges in LMS implementation, such as limited internet access and technological understanding, are also identified. This study recommends the need for additional infrastructure and training support to maximize the benefits of LMS in developing village apparatus human resources.
