Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that: (1) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on affective commitment; (2) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on HR performance; and (3) affective commitment has a positive and significant effect on HR performance.
