The sampling technique employed is non-probability sampling with a convenience sampling approach, selecting respondents based on accessibility and availability. This technique was chosen for its efficiency in terms of time and cost, thereby facilitating the data collection process. The research instrument consists of a questionnaire with interval measurements using a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5, from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Data analysis was conducted through structural equation modeling using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach to examine the relationships among variables within the research model. The findings indicate that servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on innovative work behavior. Furthermore, servant leadership is also shown to have a positive and significant influence on psychological empowerment.
