Performance Review Employee Through Development Career (At KPP Pratama Demak)
Abstract
Abstract. The purpose of the research istesting the influence of competence and talent management on career development and performance, as well as testing career development on performance. The study was conducted by census to 80 employees of KPP Pratama Demak. The main data source used closed and open questionnaires the analysis tool used the Sobel test. The results of the study prove that competence has a positive and significant effect on career development and performance. Talent management has a positive and significant effect on career development, but does not affect performance. Competence can have a direct effect on performance and also through career development mediation. Talent management does not have a direct effect on performance but rather through career development mediation (full mediation).
