JURNAL AKTA receives research-based and conceptual articles with a broad range with specific topics related with CIVIL LAW especially Notary & PPAT area, including:

  • Deed of Sale and Purchase: Contains the agreement on the transfer of rights over a good or service.

  • Deed of Donation / Deed of Gift: Governs the gratuitous transfer of goods or services.
