There is no charge for manuscript submission.

The Standard Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 4,000,000 for Indonesian authors or USD 200 for overseas authors is payable only after a manuscript has completed the editorial and peer-review processes and has been accepted for publication.

The Article Processing Charge (APC) covers the costs associated with editorial management, peer review, copyediting, language editing, production, and the digital publishing infrastructure required to maintain the journal's publication services.

All manuscripts are evaluated according to the same editorial standards and double-blind peer-review process. Editorial decisions are based solely on the manuscript's scholarly merit, originality, methodological rigor, and relevance to the journal's aims and scope, regardless of the author's ability or willingness to pay any publication fee.

Payment is required only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication. Authors should follow the official payment instructions provided by the journal and submit payment confirmation through the designated editorial communication channels.
