Antecedents of Women's Entrepreneur Interest

Abstract


Abstract. This study purposed to examine the factors that influence the interest of women entrepreneurs. The population of this study is female business  in the BUMN Creative House in Semarang Regency, the sampling technique is determined by the slovin method  and found as many as 80 respondents. The data was measured using a Likert scale of 1 to 5 then were analyzed using SPSS statistical software. The results show that work-life balance and entrepreneurial motivation are antecedents of women's entrepreneurial interests. Work-life balance is proven to have a significant effect on entrepreneurial motivation and female entrepreneurial interest. Entrepreneurial motivation has a significant influence on the interest of women entrepreneurs.
