Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of rewards and supervisory support on human resource performance and the role of dedication as a moderating variable in PPTK (Technical Implementing Officers) in the West Kotawaringin Regency Government. The type of research used is explanatory research with an associative approach to determine the relationship between variables. The study population includes all PPTK as many as 160 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria as active PPTK, having a minimum of one year of service, being directly involved in the implementation of government activities, and understanding the administration and financial reporting systems. Based on Slovin's calculation, a sample of 114 respondents was obtained. Data collection was conducted through a closed-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1–5, ranging from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that rewards have a positive and significant effect on HR performance, as does supervisory support, which also has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Furthermore, dedication has been shown to moderate the relationship between rewards and HR performance, meaning that the higher the employee's dedication, the stronger the influence of rewards in improving performance. These findings indicate that improving HR performance in PPTK is influenced not only by the reward system and superior support, but also by psychological factors such as work dedication. Therefore, HR management needs to be integrated, taking into account both structural and psychological aspects to achieve optimal performance.
