Conceptualization of Digital Competency and Innovation Capabilities Entrepreneurship Models on Bumdes Performance in West Kotawaringin Regency

Abstract


Abstract. The type of research that used this research is an explanatory research type which is associative in nature, namely aiming to find out the relationship between two or more variables. (Sugiyono, 2018). This study aims to explain hypothesis testing with the intention of justifying or strengthening the hypothesis with the hope that it can ultimately strengthen the theory that is used as a basis. In this case, it is to test the influence Entrepreneurship Digital Competency, BUMDes innovation and performance capabilities. The Influence of Digital Entrepreneurship Competency on BUMDes Performance. Entrepreneurship Digital Competency has a positive and significant influence on BUMDes Performance. This result means that the better the Entrepreneurship Digital Competency, the better the BUMDes Performance will tend to be. The Influence of Entrepreneurship Digital Competency on Innovation Capabilities.Entrepreneurship Digital Competency gives a positive and significant influence on Innovation Capabilities. This result means that the better the Entrepreneurship Digital Competency, the Innovation Capabilities will tend to be better. The influence of Innovation Capabilities on BUMDes performance. Innovation Capabilitiesgives a positive and significant influence on BUMDes Performance. This result means that if Innovation Capabilities are getting better, then BUMDes Performance will tend to be better. The mediating role of Innovation Capabilities on the influence of Entrepreneurship Digital Competency on BUMDes performance. Entrepreneurship Digital Competency has a greater direct influence on BUMDes Performance without going through Innovation Capabilities. So it can be concluded that the Innovation Capabilities variable is not a mediating variable in the influence of Entrepreneurship Digital Competency on BUMDes Performance.
