Author Guidelines
The editors of Praxis: Journal of Indonesian Language and Literature Education welcome article submissions in accordance with the following guidelines:
Articles must comprise Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Author Statement, Acknowledgment, and References.
Introduction states the objectives of the study and provides an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. Explicitly state the gap in the literature, which signifies the significance of your research.
Methods explain the rationale for applying specific approaches, methods, procedures, or techniques used to identify, select, and analyze information applied to understand the research problem, thereby allowing readers to critically evaluate the study’s validity and reliability (except qualitative studies).
Results and Discussion interpret and describe the significance of your findings in light of previous knowledge on the investigated issues. It explains new insights and connects with the introduction through research questions or hypotheses and the reviewed literature. The findings should be critically interpreted using relevant theoretical approaches. Data may be supported by tables, images, etc.
Conclusion answers the research questions or objectives and highlights the importance of the study’s results. It is not merely a summary, but a synthesis of key points and, when applicable, recommendations for future research.
Author Statement outlines each author’s individual contribution using the relevant CRediT roles: Conceptualization; Data curation; Formal analysis; Funding acquisition; Investigation; Methodology; Project administration; Resources; Software; Supervision; Validation; Visualization; Writing – original draft; Writing – review & editing.
