Efektivitas konseling dan tes HIV berbasis rumah untuk deteksi dini HIV/AIDS di rumah tangga: Tinjauan sistematis

Abstract


Pendahuluan:HIV (Human Immunodeficiency Virus) adalah virus yang merusak sistem kekebalan tubuh dengan menginfeksi dan menghancurkan sel CD4. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas Homebased HIV terhadap Deteksi Dini HIV/AIDS pada rumah tangga yang kurang pengetahuan dan penularan dari pasangannya.Metode:Review ini menggunakan pendekatan PRISMA dan sumber jurnal dari beberapa database, antara lain CINAHL/EBSCO, PubMed, SAGE, Science Direct, dan Scopus. Kombinasi kata kunci diantaranya adalah “Konseling dan Tes Berbasis Rumahâ€, “HIV/AIDS†dan “Rumah Tanggaâ€. Hasil:Sebanyak 416 artikel diambil, dan sembilan publikasi dimasukkan untuk analisis teks lengkap. Delapan artikel menggunakan metode uji coba acak (RCT) dan 1 artikel Studi Intervensi Prospektif. Simpulan:Intervensi Konseling dan Tes HIV Berbasis Rumah Tangga efektif dalam deteksi dini HIV / AIDS di rumah tangga dan telah terbukti mengurangi stigma yang terkait dengan HIV / AIDS.
