Plagiarism Policy & Screening

All manuscripts submitted to Jurnal Ilmiah Komunikasi Makna are screened for plagiarism and text similarity using Turnitin software before being sent out for peer review.

The maximum similarity tolerance is 20% (with bibliography and quotes excluded). Manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be returned immediately to the authors for revision or rejected in cases of severe academic misconduct.
