TINJAUAN LITERATUR: PENGARUH BURNOUT AKADEMIK TERHADAP MOTIVASI BELAJAR PESERTA DIDIK
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh burnout akademik terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik melalui tinjauan sistematis literatur terkait. Burnout akademik, yang ditandai dengan kelelahan emosional, sikap sinis, dan menurunnya rasa pencapaian, diduga menjadi faktor penghambat motivasi belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai artikel, jurnal, dan buku yang relevan dari database seperti Google Scholar, Sci-Hub. Data dikumpulkan, diseleksi, dan dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola hubungan antara burnout akademik dan motivasi belajar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa burnout akademik berpengaruh negatif terhadap motivasi belajar peserta didik. Faktor penyebab burnout meliputi beban akademik yang tinggi, kurangnya dukungan sosial, dan tuntutan perfeksionisme. Dampaknya, peserta didik mengalami penurunan minat belajar, produktivitas, dan keterlibatan dalam proses pendidikan. Beberapa studi juga mengidentifikasi strategi mitigasi, seperti pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel, dukungan psikologis, dan penguatan coping stres. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi pendidik dan pemangku kebijakan untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih sehat guna mencegah burnout dan meningkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik.
