Pengaruh telenursing terhadap kepatuhan terapi antiretroviral ODHA: Tinjauan sistematis

Abstract


Pendahuluan: PengobatanHIV/AIDSdenganARVbelummampumenyembuhkanpenyakit,      namun terapi ARV dapat menurunkan angka kematian dan kesakitan serta meningkatkan kualitashidupODHA. KeberhasilantatalaksanaterapiARVditentukanolehkepatuhanminum obat. Tujuan: Tujuan dari tinjauan pustaka ini adalah untuk mensintesis pengaruh intervensi telenursing terhadap kepatuhan terhadap terapi antiretroviral ODHA berdasarkan penelitian primer yang tersedia. Metode:Menggunakan desainSystematic Review. Pencarian dilakukan pada tujuh database Science Direct, SAGE Journals, EBSCOHost, PubMed, Scopus, ProQuest, dan Willey Online telah dilakukan. Studi yang dikaji adalah sebagai berikut: artikel yang diterbitkan dari Januari 2018 hingga Agustus 2022, dengan teks lengkap dalam bahasa Inggris, berupa uji coba terkontrol secara acak atau randomized control trials(RCT), pasien dengan diagnosis HIV/AIDS, dan intervensi yang dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan. Artikel dipilih sesuai dengan pedoman PRISMA. Kerangka sintesis tematik diterapkan dalam ulasan ini. Hasil:Sepuluh artikel terpilih untuk dikaji dan disintesis. Telenursing dengan metode individual memudahkan pasien menjalani proses bimbingan, pengobatan, konseling dan evaluasi pengobatan. Penggunaan telenursing dinilai efektif, sederhana, murah dan terjangkau bagi setiap individu penderita HIV/AIDS. Simpulan:Tingkat penerapan telenursing yang tinggi, intervensi untuk ODHA ini menjadi lebih populer. Sampai saat ini, bukti tentang efektivitas intervensi telenursing untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan pada ODHA masih bersifat pendahuluan dan bukti klinis tentang penekanan virus masih minim.
