Abstract
Pendahuluan:Hampir sepertiga dari semua diagnosis kanker baru pada perempuan merupakankanker payudara.Sebanyak70% penderita kanker payudara melaporkan kekhawatiran seksual terkait diagnosis atau pengobatan kanker. Berbeda dengan tingkatkualitas hidup terkait kesehatan yang cenderung membaik dari waktu ke waktu, masalah seksual sering bertahan selama bertahun-tahun setelah penderita kanker payudara menyelesaikan pengobatan utama. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan perubahan fungsi seksual dan keharmonisan keluarga pada pasien dengan kanker payudara.Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan deskripsi korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Purposive samplingdigunakan untuk pengambilan sampel sejumlah 100 yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Hasil: Ada hubungan perubahan fungsi seksual dengan keharmonisan keluarga nilai p 0.031 (p<0.05) dan nilai r -0,214. Simpulan:Perubahan fungsi seksual memengaruhi keharmonisan keluarga pada pasien dengan kanker payudara. Semakin rendah disfungsi seksual, maka keharmonisan akan semakin tinggi pada pasien dengan kanker serviks. Intervensi keperawatan dengan melibatkan pasangan merupakan bagian penting untuk meningkatkan fungsi seksual pada penyintas kanker payudara.
