Upaya peningkatan layanan tes HIV selama pandemi Covid-19: Tinjauan sistematis

Abstract


Pendahuluan:Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan penurunan layanan tes HIV sebesar 47,6% karena ketakutan akan penyebaran covid-19. Beberapa penelitian telah dilakukan, namun belum ada telaah sistematis untuk merangkum hasil penelitian yang ada. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menelaah bukti ilmiah terkait layanan HIV/AIDS pada masa Pandemi Covid-19.Metode:Review ini dibuat dengan menggunakan protokol PRISMA. Kata Artikel dicari di Scopus, Science Direct, dan ProQuest menggunakan beberapa kata kunci yaitu Test OR VCT Service OR care AND covid-19 OR Sar Cov 2 AND HIV OR Human Immunodeficiency Virus OR AIDS.Kualitas artikel dinilai menggunakan instrumen dari The Joanna Briggs Institute dan studi dengan skor total diatas 50% diikutkan ke dalam review.Hasil: Peningkatan layanan pasien HIV/AIDS selama masa pandemic covid 19 dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi misalnya telemedicine, video conference, telepon, serta tanya jawab pada beberapa pranala luas. Simpulan:Pelayanan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi bisa meningkatkan layanan kepada pasien HIV/AIDS selama masa pandemic covid-19.
