Self care management dan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis

Abstract


Pendahuluan:Hemodialisis (HD) merupakan salah satu terapi pengganti ginjal yang paling umum dilakukan dengan akses yang luas serta dapat menyelamatkan hidup pasien penyakit ginjal tahap akhir. Pasien hemodialisis dapat mengalami berbagai permasalahan akibat penyakit ataupun terapinya sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidupnya. Self care managementmerupakan salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencapai kondisi kesehatan optimal dan mencegah komplikasi. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode studi korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara self care managementdengan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis.Jumlah responden 92 pasien hemodialisis diperoleh dengan tehnik total sampel.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner self care managementdan kuesioner kualitas hidup KDQOL. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan menggunakan Gamma. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara self care managementdan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis (p 0,001) dengan nilai r sebesar 0, 960 yang menunjukkan hubungan yang sangat erat. Simpulan:Ada hubungan antara self care managementdan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis.Dengan demikian diperlukan perencanaan berbagai tindakan keperawatan untuk meningkatkan atau memperbaiki self care managementsehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien hemodialisis.
