Focus and Scope
The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles. The focus and scope of the articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics, including:

Peer Review Process
Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummah was published the only paper strictly following Law Development Journal guidelines and template for preparation manuscript. All submitted manuscripts are going through a double-blind peer review process. Those papers are read by editorial members (upon field of specialization) and will be screened by Managing Editor to meet necessary criteria of JuHuKU publication. Manuscripts will be sent to two reviewers based on their historical experience in reviewing manuscript or based on their field of specialisation. JuHuKU has reviewing forms in order to keep same items reviewed by two reviewers. Then editorial board make a decision upon the reviewers comments or advice. Reviewers give their assessment on originality, clarity of presentation, contribution to the field/science, JuHuKU has four kind of decisions:
- Accepted, as it is
- Accepted by Minor Revisions (let authors revised with stipulated time)
- Accepted by Major Revisions (let authors revised with stipulated time)
- Rejected (generally, on grounds of outside of scope and aim, major technical description problems, lack of clarity of presentation)
For checking Plagiarism, JuHuKU Board will screen plagiarism with using Turnitin Program. If it is found plagiarism indication (above 30%), editorial board will reject manuscript immediately.
Before publishing, it is required to obtain written confirmation from authors in order to acquire copyrights for papers published in the journal. Authors must sign the Copy Right Transfer form as follows: The undersigned hereby transfer any and all rights in and to the paper including without limitation all copyrights to Law Development Journal. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment. This agreement is to be signed by at least one of the authors who have obtained the assent of the co-author(s) where applicable.
Publication Frequency
Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummah is published every 4 times a year, namely March, June, September and December.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
Publication Ethics
Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummah is a scientific journal that focuses on publishing scientific articles in the fields of Engineering and Science. The following statement will explain the ethical behavior of all parties involved in publishing an article in a journal including authors, editors, reviewers and publishers.
Editor's Responsibilities
1. The editor of the Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummah is responsible for deciding which articles are eligible for publication through editorial board meetings. Editors are guided by the policies of the journal's editorial board and are limited by applicable legal requirements regarding defamation, copyright infringement and plagiarism.
2. In the process of accepting articles, the editorial team is based on the principle of equal treatment.
3. In the journal review process and publication decision making, the editorial team does not discriminate against the author's race, gender, religion, ethnicity, nationality, or political ideology.
4. The editor and the editorial team will not disclose any information about the submitted manuscript or article except with the permission of the author.
5. Manuscripts that are not published after submission will not be used for journal purposes and will be returned directly to the author.
Responsibilities of Reviewers
Reviewers assist editors in making editorial decisions on submitted manuscripts/articles
1. Reviewers are responsible for and recommend articles that have been reviewed.
2. The manuscript review is carried out objectively, and is supported by clear arguments.
3. Reviewers are responsible for citations, references, and plagiarism of the articles being reviewed.
4. The reviewer maintains the confidentiality of information related to the manuscript and does not use it for personal gain.
Author's Responsibilities
1. Authors must present their research articles clearly, honestly, and without plagiarism, as well as data manipulation.
2. The author is responsible for the confirmation submitted to the article that has been written.
3. Authors must comply with publication requirements in the form of originality of work, and have never been published in other journals or publications.
4. The author must show references to the opinions and works of others who are quoted
5. Authors must write manuscripts or articles ethically, honestly and responsibly, in accordance with applicable scientific writing regulations.
6. Authors are prohibited from submitting/publishing the same article to more than one journal or publication at the same time.
7. The author does not mind if the manuscript is edited without changing the substance or main idea of the article.
Publisher Responsibilities
1. Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummah Publisher is responsible for publishing articles after going through the editing, peer review, and layout processes in accordance with the rules for publishing Scientific Journals.
2. Jurnal Hukum Khaira Ummahis responsible for ensuring academic freedom for editors and reviewers in carrying out their respective duties.
3. Journal of SERAMBI ENGINEERING is responsible for maintaining privacy and protecting intellectual property and copyright.
