Abstract
Law enforcement and economic growth are the state's goals to be able to achieve and continuously improve these growth achievements. Economic growth is interpreted as the success of filling the state's financial coffers in the form of increasing the country's foreign exchange sources, increasing the standard of living of citizens, and improving the quality of human resources (Human capital).
