Transnational Corporation in the Dynamics of Civil Law in Indonesia
Abstract
Massive and sustainable development in the Republic of Indonesia requires the presence of a lot of capital (capital inflow), the availability of large amounts of capital will be accommodated by the establishment of a Limited Liability Company as a legal entity, Civil Law must be able to answer the challenge of the need for the existence of a Limited Liability Company with a Legal Entity in Indonesia by ownership of company shares across countries as a form of limited liability transnational corporation
