IMPLEMENTATION OF TOURISM MANAGEMENT POLICY IN THE FRAMEWORK OF IMPROVING COMMUNITY WELFARE IN PATI REGENCY

Abstract

This study aims to explain the implementation of tourism implementation policies in the framework of improving community welfare in Pati Regency which is based on Pati Regency Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2013 concerning Tourism Implementation in Pati Regency, then describes Implementation Number 8 of 2013 concerning Tourism Implementation in Pati Regency, and knowing the obstacles faced by the Pati Regency Government and how the efforts made by the Pati Regency Government in tourism implementation policies in the framework of improving the welfare of the people in Pati Regency. This research is in the form of descriptive qualitative research, using a sociological juridical approach. The data validity technique used by the researcher is qualitative descriptive. The results of this study found that, the Implementation of Tourism Implementation Policies in the Framework of Improving Community Welfare in Pati Regency: a) Increasing Regional Income, b) Empowering the Community; Obstacles in implementing the Policy for Tourism Implementation in the Framework of Improving Community Welfare in Pati Regency: a) budget for Karaoke Business License in Pati Regency, b) Operational Violation of Karaoke Business in Pati Regency; Solutions to problems in implementing the Tourism Implementation Policy in the Framework of Improving Community Welfare in Pati Regency: a) Licensing Process for Karaoke Business Permits in Pati Regency, b) Supervision of Karaoke Business Licensing in Pati Regency.
