PROCEEDING OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON THE LAW DEVELOPMENT FOR PUBLIC WELFARE (PICLDPW) invites original research articles and conceptual papers that explore the multifaceted relationship between legal development and the enhancement of public welfare.
The scope of the proceeding encompasses, but is not limited to, the following thematic areas:
1. Law, Justice, and Public Welfare
Social Justice & Welfare State: Legal theories and practices aimed at reducing social inequality and promoting common prosperity.
Integrative Law: The development of legal systems that integrate religious, moral, and national values for the betterment of society.
Legal Protection for Vulnerable Groups: Legal frameworks for the protection of women, children, laborers, and indigenous communities.
2. Human Rights and Constitutional Law
Human Rights Enforcement: Mechanisms for protecting and fulfilling fundamental rights in modern governance.
Constitutionalism: The role of the constitution in safeguarding democracy and the rule of law.
Access to Justice: Legal aid systems and the removal of barriers to the judicial process.
3. Administrative Law and Good Governance
Public Service Excellence: Legal reforms in public administration to improve service delivery.
Anti-Corruption & Transparency: Legal strategies to combat corruption and promote accountability in the public sector.

Peer Review Process
PROCEEDING OF INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON THE LAW DEVELOPMENT FOR PUBLIC WELFARE (PICLDPW) published the only paper strictly following PICLDPW guidelines and template for preparation manuscript. All submitted manuscripts are going through a double-blind peer review process. Those papers are read by editorial members (upon field of specialization) and will be screened by Managing Editor to meet necessary criteria of PICLDPW publication. Manuscripts will be sent to two reviewers based on their historical experience in reviewing manuscript or based on their field of specialisation. PICLDPW has reviewing forms in order to keep same items reviewed by two reviewers. Then editorial board make a decision upon the reviewers comments or advice. Reviewers give their assessment on originality, clarity of presentation, contribution to the field/science, PICLDPW has four kind of decisions:
- Accepted, as it is
- Accepted by Minor Revisions (let authors revised with stipulated time)
- Accepted by Major Revisions (let authors revised with stipulated time)
- Rejected (generally, on grounds of outside of scope and aim, major technical description problems, lack of clarity of presentation)
For checking Plagiarism, PICLDPW Editorial Board will screen plagiarism with using TURNITIN Program. If it is found plagiarism indication (above 25%), editorial board will reject manuscript immediately.
Before publishing, it is required to obtain written confirmation from authors in order to acquire copyrights for papers published in the journal. The undersigned hereby represents and warrants that the paper is original and that he/she is the author of the paper, except for material that is clearly identified as to its original source, with permission notices from the copyright owners where required. The undersigned represents that he/she has the power and authority to make and execute this assignment. This agreement is to be signed by at least one of the authors who have obtained the assent of the co-author(s) where applicable.
Publication Frequency
This journal is exclusively dedicated to the publication of peer-reviewed international conference proceedings, serving as a specialized platform for disseminating high-quality research presented at global academic forums. In order to maintain its rigorous standards and focus, the journal is published on an annual basis, releasing one volume per year. This publication cycle is strategically aligned with the annual conference schedule to ensure that the most current and impactful scholarly contributions are documented and shared with the international scientific community in a timely and organized manner.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Archiving
This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration. More...
