Penyuluhan dan Demonstrasi Breathing Exercise untuk Takipnea pada Pesepeda Ontel Club Ontoseno Kota Malang
Abstract
Tachypnea in cyclists is often caused by the inability of the respiratory system to meet the body's oxygen needs during physical activity. This study aims to identify the mechanisms behind the effectiveness of breathing exercises in treating tachypnea. The aim of this program is to educate cyclists about the importance of breathing exercises. The method used in this program is education and application of breathing exercises which will be carried out on at the Ontoseno Multipurpose Center Polehan Village for the cycling community. For each component of the pretest, the results were 0% and the posttest results were 100%. It can be concluded that outreach activities and the application of breathing exercises at the cyclist club in the family health community in Polehan Village showed an increase in understanding and application regarding breathing exercises to overcome the occurrence of tachypnea.
