PERAN WORKPLACE SPIRITUALITY, MEANINGFUL WORK DAN LEADERSHIP TERHADAP INNOVATIVE WORK BEHAVIOR DAN KINERJA SDM
Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi dengan masalah yang ada pada PT. 7Seven furniture Jepara
dalam kurun waktu 2017-2020. PT.7Sevenfurniture merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak
dibidang furniture yang ada di kota Jepara. Pada perusahaan tersebut masih banyak terjadi
permasalahan yang dialami oleh karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan furniture tersebut
apalagi saat covid-19 sudah masuk di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 awal. Penjualan perusahaan
menjadi tidak optimal dan tidak mencapai target, dikarenakan rendahnya minat masyarakat
dalam membeli furniture pada masa pandemic yang membuat masyarakat hanya bisa dirumah
dan bekerja dirumah. Hal ini tentunya sangat merugikan bagi perusahaan, karena perusahaan
mengalami penurunan penjualan yang membuat target perusahaan tidak optimal. Bukan
hanya perusahaan yang dirugikan tetapi karyawan di perusahaan tersebut juga dirugikan.
Dengan target yang tidak bisa terpenuhi atau tidak optimal membuat para karyawan tidak
mendapat bonus target mereka, tentu saja ini berpengaruh terhadap kinerja mereka. Peran
pemimpin dalam situasi seperti ini sangat dibutuhkan, pemimpin harus bisa membuat
karyawannya semangat dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya agar target perusahaan bisa optimal
kembali. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT.7Seven Furniture Kota Jepara
dengan sampel 135 karyawan yang memenuhi kriteria. Metode pengambilan sampel
menggunakan Teknik non-probability sampling (tidak seluruh populasidiambil), kategori
purposive sampling,dan accidental sampling dengan kriteria. Penelitian menggunakan data
primer berupa tanggapan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden menggunakan
program PLS. Hasil dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa workplace spirituality berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, Leadership berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap innovative work behavior, Meaningful work berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan pada innovative work behavior, Workplace Spirituality berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja SDM, Leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap
Kinerja SDM, Innovative Work Behavior berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja
SDM.
