Intervensi Berbasis Tekhnologi untuk Meningkatkan Kepatuhan Pengobatan pada Pasien Tb Paru: A Systematic Review

Abstract


Latar belakang : Penyakit tuberkulosis merupakan penyakit menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat. Meskipun ada pengobatan yang efektif, kepatuhan pengobatan masih menjadi masalah utama dalam mengendalikan penyakit tuberkulosis. Untuk itu diperlukan teknologi pendukung yang inovatif dan dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mengatasi kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien TB paru. Metode : Systematic review ini disusun berdasarkan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). Database yang digunakan adalah Scopus, PubMed, Proquest, EBSCO dan Web of Science, terbatas pada publication years: 2019-2023, full text article, language : English, tipe dokumen berupa artikel. Hasil : Systematic Review ini menggunakan 10 artikel yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi. Beberapa penelitian menjelaskan bahwa tentang intervensi yang telah dievaluasi dengan intervensi berbasis tekhnologi.Simpulan : Hasil systematic review ini memberikan bukti bahwa intervensi yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan pada pasien tuberkulosis adalah bisa dengan pengingat jadwal pengobatan, pesan teks, dan video
