Author Guidelines
The General Guidelines
The manuscript submitted is a result of an empirical research or scientific assessment of an actual issue in the area of notarial law, which has not been published elsewhere and is not being sent to other journals.
The aims of this journal is to provide a venue for academicians, researchers and practitioners for publishing the original research articles or review articles, examine the dimensions of the notarial law.
The length of the manuscript is approximately 6.000 words (10-15 pages) including title, author(s)’ identity, abstract, tables, figures, references, and acknowledgement
The manuscript should be written in A-4 Â paper size, single space (margins: top 3, left 3, right 3, bottom 3), Font: Calibri 12. To make it easier please download this Template
Any images, graphs, and tables are presented in the following arrangement:
Image photographs must be sharp enough to be printed on glossy paper.
Image, graph, and table size should meet the journal page set up.
Images and graphs are adjustable to be printed on white paper and black ink.
All of these should be numbered and referred in the text.
The citation and references are referred to American Psychological Association (APA) (Sixth Edition) style. The author is strongly recommended to use Reference Manager applications (Mendeley, Zotero, Endnote, Refworks, etc) to facilitate referencing
The manuscript should be  written in English, saved in the form of .doc, .docx, or .rtf and submitted through the Online Journal System (OJS) following this Registration Procedure
Manuscript accepted for publication will be charged Rp 1.000.000- for article processing cost (APC). The .pdf of each article will be published as soon as the author(s) pay the APC. The author(s) will be given one copies of fully printed journal from the editorial board.
The Guidelines of Constructing Article
Manuscripts should be compiled in the following order:
Title
The title of the manuscript should be clear and representative (reflecting the content of the whole manuscript, the employed method, or the raised issue under study). Besides, the title has to contain the keywords, protect the privacy and security of the reasearch’s subjects, and written in capital letter.
Author identities
Authors' identities (under the title) on the manuscript articles should be omitted, and replaced by the following item:

Note:
Please fill in Author(s)’ identity(es) completely in the submission form. All Author(s)' names and identity(es) must be completely embedded in the form filled in by the corresponding author: email; affiliation; and each author's short biography (in the column of 'Bio Statement'). Authors' biography is written in the form of narration, including author's full name, place, and date of birth, educational qualification/information started from bachelor degree (S1) until the latest educational degree, the affiliation in which the author is currently working, phone number, and email address.
Abstract
An abstract is required for any submitted manuscript (between 75-250 words). It is written narratively containing at least the aim (s), problem identification, method (s), and the result (s) of the research.
Keywords
Each manuscript should have 3 to 5 keywords written under the abstract, separated by (;). The keywords should help audience search the relevant literature to their interest.
MAIN TEXT
Introduction
The introduction should perform the relationship among the research background, rationale, justification of the research urgency, the emergence of research problems, alternative solution, the solutions which are chosen, and the research aims. The background and rationale should be stated according to the theories, evidence, pre-survey and/or relevant research. It may also contain the narrative operational definition of the main constructs, variable, or terminologies used.
Method
The method comprises of the design of the research, population and sample, sampling techniques, procedures, instruments (including the construct, validity and reliability), data collection tools, and data analysis techniques. All of these components need to be detailed in a report format (past tense), except for general explanations and reference
Results and Discussion
The findings and discussion are presented in one part. Findings are the presentation of the research purely based on the analyzed data while discussion is the explanation of the findings relevant to the literature discussed in the introduction and other relevant theories and ideas. The author(s) is/are required to provide the findings and discussion on the same sequence with the research aims, and, should also provide the summary of the discussion aimed at answering the grand question of the research at the end of the discussion part.
Closing (Conclusion and suggestions)
The closing divided into two parts, they are conclusion and suggestion. The conclusion can be in the form of finding generalization based on the research problems. Suggestions can be in the form of input/proposition for future researchers.

The footnote style format, based on Indonesian standart, which applied in any universities.

Guideline for Online Submission
Author should first register as Author and/or is offered as Reviewer through the following address:Â http://jurnal.unissula.ac.id/index.php/jk/user/registerÂ
Author should fulfil the form as detail as possible where the star marked form must be entered. After all form textbox was filled, Author clicks on “Register†button to proceed the registration. Therefore, Author is brought to online author submission interface where Author should click on “New Submissionâ€. In the Start a New Submission section, click on “’Click Here’: to go to step one of the five-step submission processâ€. The following are five steps in online submission process:
- Step 1 - Starting the Submission: Author must check-mark on the submission checklists.
- Step 2 – Uploading the Submission: To upload a manuscript to this journal, click Browse on the Upload submission file item and choose the manuscript document file to be submitted, then click Upload button.Â
- Step 3 – Entering Submission’s Metadata: In this step, detail authors metadata should be entered including marked corresponding author. After that, manuscript title and abstract must be uploaded by copying the text and paste in the textbox including keywords.
- Step 4 – Uploading Supplementary Files: Supplementary file should be uploaded including Covering/Submission Letter, and Signed Copyright Transfer Agreement Form. Therefore, click on Browse button, choose the files, and then click on Upload button.
- Step 5 – Confirming the Submission:  Author should final check the uploaded manuscript documents in this step. To submit the manuscript to Jurnal Konsatering, click Finish Submission button after the documents is true. The corresponding author or the principal contact will receive an acknowledgement by email and will be able to view the submission’s progress through the editorial process by logging in to the journal web address site.Â
After this submission, Authors who submit the manuscript will get a confirmation email about the submission. Therefore, Authors are able to track their submission status at any time by logging in to the online submission interface. The submission tracking includes the status of manuscript review and editorial process.
