Hubungan antara Personal Boundaries (Batasan Pribadi) Dengan Perilaku People Pleaser Pada Remaja Kelas 12 Di SMA N 1 Gubug

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat hubungan antara personal boundaries dengan perilaku people pleaser pada siswa kelas 12 di SMA N 1 Gubug. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 12 SMA N 1 Gubug, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 120 siswa yang diambil menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan dua skala yaitu skala people pleaser dengan reliabilitas 0,875 dari 24 aitem dan skala personal boundaries dengan reliabilitas 0,800 dari 36 aitem. Hasil uji normalitas menunjukkan nilai 0,04 untuk variable people pleaser dan 0,69 untuk variable personal boundaries. Hasil uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan teknik Korelasi Pearson Product Moment memperoleh koefisiensi korelasi sebesar -0,559 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,001. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara personal boundaries dengan perilaku people pleaser. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin personal boundaries yang dimiliki siswa, maka semakin rendah perilaku peole pleaser yang ditunjukkan. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah personal boundaries yang dimiliki siswa maka semakin tinggi perilaku people pleaser yang ditunjukkan.
