Hubungan Antara Self-Compassion Dengan Resiliensi Pada Penyintas Covid-19 Di RW 03 Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor Semarang

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara self-compassion dan resiliensi pada penyintas COVID-19 di RW 03 Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor Semarang. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu para penyintas COVID-19 di RW 03 Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor Kota Semarang yang berjumlah 171 jiwa. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan dua alat ukur yakni skala resiliensi yang terdiri dari 55 aitem dengan koefisiensi reliabilitas x=0,949. dan skala self-compassion yang terdiri dari 49 aitem dengan koefisien reliabilitas x= 0,867. Berdasarkan hasil uji product moment diperoleh koefisien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,674 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 (p <0,01). Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan antara self-compassion dengan resiliensi pada penyintas COVID-19 di RW 3 Kelurahan Pendrikan Lor Semarang.
