Abstrak

This study aims to identify and analyze the causes of traffic accidents in the jurisdiction of the Semarang Polrestabes, efforts to deal with traffic accidents in the Semarang Polrestabes, obstacles and solutions in overcoming traffic accidents in the jurisdiction of the Semarang Polrestabes. This study uses a sociological juridical approach, the research specifications are analytical descriptive, the types of data used are primary data and secondary data. The method of data analysis is qualitative analysis. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of traffic accidents in the Semarang Polrestabes jurisdiction is still relatively high, caused by human factors, vehicle factors, road factors, environment and weather.
