The Criminal Liability for Traffic Accidents Resulting in the Death of Other People

Abstract


The aim of the research is to examine and analyze criminal liability for traffic accidents resulting in the death of other people. The approach method uses a sociological approach or socio-legal research, a research approach that examines the legal perceptions and behavior of people (humans and legal entities) that occur in the field. The results of research on criminal liability for traffic accidents which result in the death of another person show that the person's death here was not intended at all by the defendant, but the death was is only a result of the defendant's lack of care or negligence as a vehicle driver because the action taken is unlawful.
