EVALUASI KINERJA ASET TERMINAL TERPADU MERAK KOTA CILEGON

Abstract


ABSTRACT

Type A passenger terminal with the name Terminal Terpadu Merak with land rights status based on the Minutes of Handover Number PL.301/311/DJPD/2018, the management is officially under the Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Wilayah VIII of Banten Province. Based on preliminary observations, there are several phenomena that indicate problems related to facilities in the terminal area. Among them are architectural damage to the organizer's office, no receptionist, no written information boards available, poor drainage conditions, minimal trash bins, rusty sinks and non-working taps, rusty chairs, and broken toilets. This study aims to evaluate the performance of terminal assets using six dimensions, namely:1) Safety and Security, 2) Access, 3) Information, 4) Connection and Reliability, 5) Environment, and 6) Allied Facilities. The research method used is descriptive research method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. Central issue from this research, it is known that the assets at the Terminal Terpadu Merak as a supporting building for transportation infrastructure have not performed optimally.

ABSTRAK

Terminal penumpang tipe A dengan nama Terminal Terpadu Merak dengan status tanah Hak Pakai berdasarkan Berita Acara Serah Terima Nomor PL.301/311/DJPD/2018 maka pengelolaan Terminal Terpadu Merak resmi berada dibawah Balai Pengelola Transportasi Darat Wilayah VIII Provinsi Banten. Berdasarkan observasi pendahuluan, terdapat beberapa fenomena yang menunjukkan indikasi masalah terkait fasilitas-fasilitas di area terminal. Diantaranya kerusakan arsitektur kantor penyelenggara, tidak ada petugas resepsionis, tidak tersedia papan infomasi tertulis, kondisi drainase yang tidak baik, tempat sampah yang minim keberadaannya, wastafel berkarat dan keran tidak menyala, kursi berkarat, dan kondisi toilet rusak. Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja aset terminal dengan menggunakan enam dimensi yaitu: 1) Safety and Security, 2) Access, 3) Information, 4) Connection and Reliability, 5) Environment, dan 6) Allied Facilities. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi kepustakaan. Central issue dari penelitian ini yaitu diketahui aset di Terminal Terpadu Merak sebagai bangunan pendukung infrastruktur transportasi belum optimal kinerjanya.
