FOCUS

The focus of International Journal of Law Reconstruction (IJLR)  is to provide scientific Law article based on themes that developed in attendance through the article publications, research reports, and book reviews.

SCOPE

International Journal of Law Reconstruction (IJLR) specializing in the study of Law Studies, and intended to communicate about original research and current issues on the subject. International Journal of Law Reconstruction (IJLR) is open to contributions of experts from related disciplines.

The scope of the Articles published in this journal deal with a broad range of topics of law including:

  • Criminal law;
  • Civil law;
  • Cyber law;
  • Islamic law;
  • Intellectual property rights;
  • International law;
  • Human Rights, etc.

 

Peer Review Process

Submitted papers are evaluated by anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation. The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, possibly in 6 to 8 weeks.The articles published in IJLR are going through a double-blind peer review process. Hence, the decision on whether the scientific article is accepted or not, will be the Editorial Board’s right based on the peer reviewer's recommendation. Please read and understand the author guidelines for preparation manuscript. The author who submits a manuscript to the editors should comply with the author guidelines and template. If the submitted manuscript does not comply with the guidelines or using a different format, it will be rejected by the editorial team before being reviewed. Editorial Team will only accept a manuscript that meets the specified formatting requirements.

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Journal History

International Journal of Law Reconstruction (IJLR) is a periodical scientific journal published by the Doctoral Program of Law, Faculty of Law UNISSULA. Since its inception, the International Journal of Law Reconstruction (IJLR) has been oriented to meet the international scientific journals quality standards as set out in the Regulations of the Directorate General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 1 of 2014 on Guidelines for Accreditation of Scientific Periodical Publishing. International Journal of Law Reconstruction (IJLR) will be published periodically twice a year, in September and March.
