ANALISIS KELAYAKAN EKONOMIS PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG SADEWA RSUD KRMT WONGSONEGORO KOTA SEMARANG
Abstract
The population growth in the City of Semarang which is getting faster has made the Government of Semarang City pay more attention to the safety and health of its society. This is the background for improving the services of the Hospital of K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro in Semarang City by building the Sadewa Building as a Class III Inpatient Building. This research aims to make the construction of the Sadewa Building of the Regional Public Hospital (RSUD) of KRMT Wongsonegoro in Semarang City considered feasible from an economic perspective with a Feasibility Analysis using parameters of Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Sensitivity Analysis and Payback Period (PP). Based on the results of the calculation of the Feasibility Analysis with an investment fund of Rp. 36,908,084,848, - with an interest rate of 4% per year and an inflation of 3% per year, the construction of the Sadewa Building at the Regional Public Hospital of K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro was able to generate an NPV value of Rp.34,362,704,025, - then the result of BCR is 1.1730 (BCR> 1), and the result of the IRR is 7,253%. The results of the best sensitivity analysis occur when fixed costs and benefits increase by 25%, while the value of the Payback Period (return on capital) will occur in the 7th year with a benefit value of Rp.41,568,875,093, -. Based on the Economic Feasibility Analysis, it can be concluded that the construction project for the Sadewa Building at the Regional Public Hospital K.R.M.T Wongsonegoro Semarang City is feasible to implement.
