Abstract
Abstract
The digital age makes technology and business interesting and exciting. The world of technology and business has a very rapid change and has an impact on MSMEs which are one of the drivers of the nation's economy. Cloud service and ereadiness are thought to be important factors for MSMEs to respond to changing dynamic environments. Companies that have high dynamic capabilities will have readiness to accept changes in the digital age. The purpose of this study is to test cloud services and e-readiness on dynamic capabilities for MSMEs. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used nonrandom
sampling with purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted by
questionnaire to 251 owners of MSMEs in Central Java, especially Kendal Regency, Semarang City, Jepara Regency, and Rembang Regency. The data obtained were processed using SPSS. The analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination, F test, and T test. The results of this
study indicate that cloud service has a significant positive effect on dynamic
capabilities and e-readiness has a positive and insignificant effect on dynamic capabilities.
