Peran kepemimpinan, sikap, dan kompetensi perawat dalam meningkatkan asuhan keperawatan berbasis syariah

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Kepemimpinan dapat menentukan kompetensi dan sikap perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan holistik termasuk spiritualitas, yang dapat terpenuhi melalui asuhan keperawatan berbasis syariah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kepemimpinan, sikap, dan kompetensi perawat dengan asuhan keperawatan berbasis syariah. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif, jenis penelitian analitik observasional dengan metode cross sectional. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Jumlah responden sebanyak 130 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah uji sommers’d dan uji multivarian regresi logistik ordinal. Hasil: Mayoritas usia perawat 20 – 35 tahun sebanyak 70% dengan jenis kelamin perempuan 79,2% dan memiliki pendidikan Diploma 3 sebesar 67,7%. Mayoritas tingkat kepemimpinan baik 70%, sikap baik 73,1%, kompetensi baik 73,1%. Hasil uji sommers’d menunjukan terdahapat semua variabel kepemimpinan, sikap, dan kompetensi terdapat hubungan yang kuat dengan asuhan keperawatan berbasis syariah dengan semua p value 0,000 dan nilai r (kepemimpinan=0,709, sikap=0,702, dan kompetensi=0,737). Hasil uji multivariate menunjukan bahwa secara simultan kepemimpinan, sikap, dan kompetensi berhubungan dengan asuhan keperawatan berbasis syariah dengan nilai R square 73,2%. Simpulan: Kepemimpinan, sikap, dan kompetensi berperan kuat dalam menentukan asuhan keperawatan berbasis Syariah.
