Pengalaman perawat baru dalam proses preceptorship: A systematic review

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Perawat baru menghadapi banyak tantangan selama tahun pertama bekerja diantaranya merasa gugup, cemas, lelah, tidak percaya diri dan tertekan. Kajian review ini bertujuan membahas pengalaman perawat baru dalam menjalani preceptorship sehingga dapat memperbaiki sistem preceptorship. Metode: Studi diidentifikasi secara sistematis menggunakan database Scopus, Science Direct, Web of Science dan PubMed selama lima tahun terakhir. Menggunakan metode PICOS, dari 646 artikel didapatkan 15 artikel dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Hasil: Kajian review ini diperoleh bahwa preceptorship memberikan dampak positif bagi perawat baru (preceptee) dan preceptor, pada perkembangan ilmiah serta peningkatan kompetensi perawat. Simpulan: Dampak positif proses preceptorship memperbaiki pengalaman perawat baru, peningkatan kualitas preceptor dan preceptee. Sistem preceptorship perlu untuk dikembangkan sehingga mengurangangi dampak negatif pengalaman perawat baru pada awal bekerja.
