Efektivitas discharge planning passion stroke terhadap readmits dan lama Rabat: Tinjauan sistematis
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Stroke masih merupakan penyakit yang berdampak terhadap beban biaya kesehatan tertinggi di Indonesi. Readmisi dan Lama rawat pasien di rumah sakit merupakan 2 faktor yang sangat mempengaruhi peningkatan biaya kesehatan tersebut. Discharge planning sebagai pendekatan dalam perawatan yang berkelanjutan dianggap sebagai cara utama untuk membantu pasien dan keluarga dalam pencegahan readmisi dan menurunkan lama rawat pasien stroke. Oleh karenanya studi ini dilaksankan dengan maksud untuk mengetahui bagiamana pengaruh dari discharge planning dalam menurunkan angka treadmisi dan lama rawat pasien stroke. Metode: Studi ini merupakan studi literature review yang menganalisis 10 artikel yang sesuai dengan topic, artikel ditelusuri melalui academic data based proquest, ebsco, science direct dan pubmed. Kriteria inklusi dalam pencarian artikel adalah full text, original research, bahasa Indonesia atau bahasa Inggris, dan 5 tahun terakhir. Sedangkan kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel adalah discharge planning, instrumen, faktor risiko, readmisi, dan pasien stroke. Hasil: Berdasarkan kelayakan diperoleh 10 artikel yang kemudian di riview. Empat artikel berbentuk quasy eksperimen, 1 artikel RCT, 4 artikel cohort study dan 1 artikel survey. Perencanaan pemulangan yang komprehensif membantu mengurangi angka readmisi pasien stroke (7 artikel), mengurangi lama rawat inap (4 artikel), dan kepuasan keluarga dalam merawat pasien di rumah (2 artikel). Simpulan: Perencanaan pemulangan yang komprehensif dan terintegrasi akan membantu mengurangi angka readmisi, lama rawat inap pasien, dan mempersiapkan keluarga untuk perawatan pasien di rumah.
