Metode Edukasi dan Pelatihan Pengelolaan Sampah Plastik untuk Kerajinan di SDN Bedono 1 Sayung, Demak

Abstract
Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa edukasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik sehingga bernilai manfaat ganda. Metode pengelolaan limbah plastik berdasarkan pada “4R (Reduce, Re-use, Recycle, Replace)†bertujuan untuk siswa memahami kepentingan dari dikelolanya limbah di lingkungan sekitar maupun sekolah. Kemanfaatan dijalankannya kegiatan ini serta pelatihan kerajinan sampah plastik di dasarkan 4R ini ialah untuk mendapati data/informasi secara keseluruhan terkait topik atas pengolahan sampah plastik. Topik yang dijelaskan terkait penjelasan sampah plastik serta pemrosesannya. Sepanjang pelaksanaan kegiatan ini berjalan dengan baik serta siswanya antusias. Berdasarkan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi pengelolaan serta pelatihan kerajinan sampah di SDN Bedono 1 Sayung Demak Jawa Tengah memberi simpulan: (a) Menambah ilmu serta mengajarkan peserta didik bagaimana dikelolanya sampah tersebut dengan benar, (b) Meningkatkan skill saat proses pengerjaannya dengan menjadikan barang tersebut bernilai. Ada juga tahapan yang dikerjakan saat melaksanakan kegiatan tersebut yaitu (1) mengunjungi situasi sekitar sekolahan, (2) menentukan kapan dijalankannya kegiatan sosialisasi terkait instansinya, (3) disiapkannya kebutuhan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi (4) dijalankannya kegiatan sosialisasi dan pelatihan pengelolaan sampah plastik dengan pihak sekolah. Terdapat juga keinginan dari sekolahan yang bersangkutan, bahwasanya untuk masa yang akan datang pelaksanaan ini mampu menambahkan pengetahuan serta wawasan kepada siswa dan siswi atas implementasinya kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat berupa sosialisasi ini dengan mengangkat tema "pengelolaan sampah serta pelatihan kerajinan sampah plastik"semakin banyak yang tertarik dan minat agar bermanfaat bagi siswa.
Community service activities in the form of correctional processing of waste management based on "4R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Replace) " aim to make students understand the importance of waste management in the surrounding environment. The benefit of carrying out this implementation as well as training on plastic waste crafts based on the 4Rs is to see the overall data related to the topic and management of plastic waste. The topics explained are related to the explanation of plastic waste and its processing. Throughout the implementation of this volunteer activity went well and the enthusiasm of the students. Based on community service activities in the form of outreach on waste management and craft training at SDN Bedono 1 Sayung Demak, Central Java, it can be concluded: (a.) Gaining knowledge and forbidding students how to manage the waste properly, (b.) Improving skills during the processing process by making the item is of value. There are also levels that are worked on when programming implements the management, namely (1.) visiting the situation around the school, (2.) determining when to run community programming related to the institution, (3.) preparing an explanation of the application for the community (4.) executing the programming community by conducting socialization and training on plastic waste management with the school. There is also a desire from the schools concerned that for the future this implementation will be able to add knowledge and insight to students, exemplified by this community activity with the theme of waste management and plastic waste craft training, more and more people are interested and interested in making it useful for students.
