Abstract

Menurut data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Kabupaten Brebes tahun 2023 sebanyak 826.023 orang memiliki pekerjaan.

According to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Brebes Regency in 2023, 826,023 people had jobs. 189,397 of them were independent (opened their own businesses) and 130,424 of them were engaged in the service sector. One of those who has their own business is BRJ Car & Motorcycle Wash. BRJ Car & Motorcycle Wash is a business that focuses on providing car and motorcycle washing services. The location of the car wash is on Jalan Raya Talok, Dukuh Turi, Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency. The problem that arises currently is that financial bookkeeping is still done manually using a "ledger". The bookkeeping sometimes contains errors or deficiencies in incoming and outgoing finances including the number of cars and motorbikes that have been washed. The owner of BRJ Car & Motorcycle Wash sometimes finds it difficult to analyze the bookkeeping of his business. This is because there is a mismatch between the cars and motorbikes served and the incoming finances. Therefore, an information system is needed that can be accessed in real time by the owner and the owner can directly control the existing bookkeeping. The design of Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and web-based information system was implemented in this Community Service. The result of this Community Service is a web-based information system used for financial bookkeeping of BRJ Car & Motorcycle Wash.
