COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN THE ERADICATION OF CRIMINAL ACTS OF CORRUPTION IN ABUSE OF AUTHORITY
Abstract
The approach method in this study is normative juridical, the specifications in this study are analytical descriptive, while the data source is secondary data derived from primary legal materials in the form of legislation, secondary legal materials derived from books, scientific papers, and other materials. tertiary law in the form of Indonesian dictionary, legal dictionary. And the data collection in this research is by interview technique, literature study and documentation, and the data analysis used is qualitative analysis.
The results of this study can be seen that in the form of community participation is needed in eradicating corruption. Submission of reports from the public regarding indications of the occurrence of criminal acts of corruption can also be done in various ways, either directly or indirectly to law enforcement offices, either by telephone, facsimile, or online.
