Peer Review Process
Every submitted manuscript is first reviewed by the editorial team (Desk Review) for compliance with scope, author guidelines, template, and initial quality. Manuscripts that pass desk review undergo peer review with independent expert reviewers.
The evaluation focuses on originality, methodology, academic rigor, relevance, and presentation clarity. The final decision (Accept, Minor Revisions, Major Revisions, or Reject) is rendered by the Editor-in-Chief based on reviewers' recommendations.
Review Workflow:
- Initial Screening (Desk Evaluation): Format, scope, and plagiarism screening (Turnitin ≤ 20%).
- Peer Review: Double-blind / Single-blind peer evaluation by at least 2 independent peer reviewers.
- Revision Stage: Authors revise according to reviewers' comments within 2-3 weeks.
- Final Decision: Editor-in-Chief renders formal publication decision.
