Leadership Mentality in Indonesia's PTKIS Internationalization

Abstract

This paper aims to recognize the globalization and internationalization of education, recognizing its impact in the educational paradigm, and identifying how Private Islamic Religious College or called PTKIS plays a role in this flow. whether PTKIS will become a follower, or they will appear as a great nation that has a global leadership mentality that will give its role and contribution to the world peace and Islamic development of civilization and bring the message of Islam rahmatan lil alalmin, then the answer is with PTKIS can come mentality leadership and playing surfing on the wave of globalization.
