Upaya Meningkatkan Pengetahuan tentang Low Back Pain pada Anggota Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Sukodadi Lamongan
Abstract
Low Back Pain is a musculoskeletal disorder due to wrong ergonomics the costal margin and the inferior gluteal fold that lasts more than one day, can be accompanied by leg pain or death. pain but does not include pain associated with menstruation and pregnancy, this causes a decrease in quality of life and activities of daily living, especially in women. Objective: To find out the description of knowledge in the community about LBP before and after counseling at the Darussalam Sukodadi Lamongan mosque. Methods: counseling and providing material using leaflet media and pre and post questionnaire sheets to measure public knowledge about LBP. Results: this counseling went smoothly with 28 participants in the counseling with an age range of 2 people from 18-22, 3 people from 23-27, 10 from 28-32, 8 from 33-37 and 5 from 38-40. person. Conclusion: before the counseling was carried out at Nasyiatul Aisyiyah (NA) Sukodadi Lamongan, the description of the knowledge of members (NA) about LBP was in the low category although some were in the high and medium categories. After this counseling was carried out, the members (NA) could increase their knowledge about LBP so that all participants were in the high category.
