Mediation of Trust in Leaders in the Influence of Work Culture and Transformational Leadership on Human Resources Performance
Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work culture, trust in leader, and transformational leadership on human resource (HR) performance at Jasa Raharja in West Sumatra. The research is classified as explanatory research, with the entire population of 66 HR personnel serving as the sample, using a census sampling technique as recommended by Hair (2021). Data were collected through a closed- ended questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale, ranging from Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results show that work culture has a positive and significant influence on both HR performance and trust in leader. Transformational leadership also has a positive and significant impact on HR performance and trust in leader. Furthermore, trust in leader is proven to have a positive and significant effect on HR performance. These findings underscore the importance of a strong work culture, transformational leadership, and trust in leadership in enhancing HR performance at Jasa Raharja West Sumatra.
