The Implementation of International Instruments in the Formation of Juvenile Criminal Justice System Legislation
Abstract
This research aims to find out and analyze the implementation of international instruments and the obstacles faced in the formation of Law number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. This research uses a normative juridical approach; This research is a descriptive analysis research and is intended to describe and examine in more depth the implementation of international instruments in changes to Law number 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System and the obstacles it faces; Based on research, it can be concluded that Indonesia is not one hundred percent ready to implement Law 11/2012 as seen from the lack of the necessary physical facilities.
