ANALISIS KUALITAS HUTAN KOTA SEBAGAI RUANG TERBUKA HIJAU BERDASARKAN DETERMINANT FACTOR FOR QUALITY GREEN OPEN SPACE

Abstract


ABSTRACT

The research entitled Quality Analysis of Urban Forest as Green Open Space Based on Determinant Factor for Quality Green Open Space was conducted in Mayasih Urban Forest Kabupaten Kuningan. Based on the results of preliminary observations, it’s known that there’re problems such as some damaged facilities and non-compliance with standards that should exist in green open spaces, thereby reducing the quality of these assets. The purpose of this study was to measure the asset quality of the Mayasih Urban Forest as a green open space based on the determinants of the quality of green open space in terms of facilities, accessibility, security, recreation & play. The research method used is descriptive method with quantitative and qualitative approaches. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation studies, and questionnaires. Based on the results of measurement the quality urban forest that has been carried out, a value of 37.45% was obtained. This percentage indicates that the overall quality of the urban forest is poor quality.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian dengan judul Analisis Kualitas Hutan Kota Sebagai Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) berdasarkan Determinant Factor For Quality Green Open Space dilakukan pada Hutan Kota Mayasih Kabupaten Kuningan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi pendahuluan, diketahui bahwa terdapat permasalahan seperti adanya beberapa fasilitas yang rusak dan ketidaksesuaian standar yang seharusnya ada pada ruang terbuka hijau publik, sehingga berpotensi menurunkan kualitas aset tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kualitas aset Hutan Kota Mayasih sebagai ruang terbuka hijau berdasarkan Determinant Factor for Quality of Green Open Space yang ditinjau pada aspek facilities, accessibility, Safety, recreation & play. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran kualitas hutan kota yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh nilai sebesar 37,45%. Persentase tersebut menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kualitas Hutan Kota Mayasih memiliki kualitas yang kurang baik.
