Abstract


ABSTRACT
This study aims to examine the effect of ICT utilization and readiness to change on dynamic capabilities for MSMEs in Central Java. Dynamic capabilities are very important for developing and sustaining business in this digital age. Dynamic capability is the ability of an organization to build, integrate, and reconfigure internal and external competence readiness in dealing with rapid changes around it. ICT utilization and readiness to change is predicted to be a factor that can influence the dynamic capabilities of an organization. By ICT utilization and implementing it, the organization will get more leverage in running its business. In addition, readiness to change in individuals in organizations can be a determining factor for success. So that way will be able to improve the dynamic capabilities in the organization. The population used in this study is micro small and medium
enterprises in Central Java. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with business criteria that have been established and operating for more than 2 years and have more than 2 employees. The analytical method in this study uses multiple regression analysis. Based on data analysis, it can be concluded that ICT utilisation and readiness to change have a significant positive effect on dynamic capabilities.
