Pengaruh Struktur Modal Kuadratik dan Struktur Kepemilikan Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of quadratic capital structure and ownership structure on company performance using ROE measurements.  The seals used in this study are 45 companies in the trade sector that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2018 with the criteria for companies used.  The sample data in this study was obtained from the IDX website with the sampling technique that is purposive sample. This study found that quadratic capital structure has a positive effect on company performance measured using DER.  In addition, this study also found that the presence of MLSS ownership structure can improve company performance, while institutional ownership structure can reduce company performance.
