PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA DAN STRES KERJA SERTA KOMPETENSI PEGAWAI TERHADAP KINERJA SDM

Abstract


This study aims to analyze and describe the influence between Job Satisfaction and Job Stress and Employee Competence on HR Performance. The population in this study were employees of PT PLN (Persero) in the Kendal Regency area. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling technique using the purposive sampling method. Samples were taken as many as 95 respondents with a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The results of the study stated that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. Employee competence has a positive and significant effect on HR performance. While work stress does not have a significant effect on HR performance. R2 Test Results can be known about employee performance by three variables namely job satisfaction, job stress and employee competence of 36.7% while the rest are accepted by other variables not included in this study. The results of this study advise companies to pay attention to job satisfaction and employee competence.
